Work smarter, not harder is a commonly thrown about phrase, but with a neurocentric (brain first) approach, it really can be true.

This week we revisit a ‘easy to do anywhere’ strength training routine.  All you need is a doorframe and a few minutes.

You can do it all at once or you can break it up into a minute at a time, it’s a fantastic way to spend a few minutes of your break – strength and neural activation.  Let us know which version works best for you and how it makes you feel.

P.S.   This is the kind of strength training you can do everyday and you’ll be amazed at the changes it produces.
