Recipe :
2 Momo Chutneys : Spicy Momo Chutney & Nepali Momo Chutney
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time :20 minutes

Ingredients:
Spicy Momo Chutney

20 Red Chilies, deseeded
1/2 cup Vinegar
8 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 Large Tomato, diced

Nepali Momo Chutney
1 tbsp Oil
4 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 large Tomato, diced
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
5 Whole Red Chilies
1 tsp Salt
2tbsp Vinegar

Method:
Spicy Momo Chutney

Deseeds the Red chilies. Soak the Chilies in ½ cup Vinegar and add 8 Cloves Garlic. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, 1 large tomato (diced) and grind to a smooth paste.
Remove to a bowl and serve with Momos.

Nepali Momo Chutney

Heat 1 tbsp Oil. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and allow to colour.
As the garlic turns golden, add the onions, salt and sugar, chopped tomatoes and sesame seeds, 5 Whole Red chilies and salt and cook for 4-5 minutes till the onions turn soft.
Add 2 tbsp Vinegar and remove from fire.
Blend in a blender to make a smooth paste.
Remove to a bowl and serve with Momos.
