Tebasaki Karaage ( Chicken wings Karaage ) Hello everyone. This time, I’ll make very popular Nagoya style karaage chicken. “Tebasaki” means “Chicken wings” and I’ll use them. It’s delicious even when cold. Let’ cook together ! Ingredients ・15~20 sticks chicken wings ・A little salt and pepper ・Appropriate amount potato starch ・1 clove garlic ・30g sugar ・50cc soy sauce ・50cc mirin ・A little sesame ・Appropriate amount oil for deep fry Recipe ・First, let’s make flavored sauce is called “Tare”.  Grate the garlic. ・Sugar, soy sauce, mirin and grated garlic into the pot. ・Turn on medium heat.  When they boiled, turn off heat and cool. ・Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken wings. ・Coat the chicken wings with potato starch. ・Deep fry the chicken in oil at 160°C (320°F) about 5~6 minutes.   Remove the chicken ,and let it rest. ・Next deep fry at 392°F (200°C) about 2 minutes. ・Dip the chicken in the flavored sauce “Tare”.    This is Nagoya style karaage. ・Serve on a plate.
