Ingredients
・300 g minced pork
・150 g kimchi
・2 cloves garlic
・10 g ginger
・10 cc oyster sauce
・10 cc sesame oil
・Approx. 50 gyoza skins

・Appropriate amount of oil
・50cc water

Recipe
・Chop the ingredients.
・Add chopped ginger, garlic and oyster sauce to the pork mince and mix well.
・Add kimchi and mix well.
・Add sesame oil and mix well.
・Coat the edges of the dumpling skins with water.
・Wrap the ingredients.
・Heat frying pan, add oil and cook dumplings.  About 2 minutes over medium heat.
・When browned, add 50 cc of water and steam.  5 mins over medium heat.
・ Take the lid, add a little oil and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute.
・Turn off the heat and serve on a plate.    Please be careful.
