Mysore pak is an Indian sweet that is very rich and tasty. It is originated in city Mysore, hence the name. It is one of highly requested recipe. Today we are making soft and rich mysore pak that just melts in mouth. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to loke, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 3 cups Besan
• 2 cups Dalda
• 3 cups Sugar
• 1 cup Water

Method:
• Heat up a pan and let dalda melt in it.
• You can use 1 cup ghee and 1 cup oil or 1 cup dalda and 1 cup oil in palce of dalda.
• In another pan take sugar and add water.
• Mix well and cook the syrup for about 4-5 minutes.
• Cook until the syrup gets consistency between single thread and double thread consistency.
• After cooking for another 5 minutes check the consistency.
• When the syrup gets single thread consistency turn the gas to low heat.
• Sieve the besan really good to remove lumps if any.
• Add besan to the sugar syrup and mix well.
• When besan is mixed well with syrup, add ladleful hot ghee in it at a time.
• The ghee should be very hot while adding to besan mixture.
• Mix the ghee well with besan mixture.
• When the ghee is soaked completely into besan mixture add next ladleful ghee and mix well
 again.
• Repeat the process until all the ghee is absorbed into the besan mixture.
• When all the ghee is absorbed into besan mixture, transfer it into a tray and spread evenly.
• Transfer the mixture when hot.
• Let the mixture set for just 5 minutes as it is.
• Cut it into pieces.
• Let it sit for another 15-20 minutes and let it cool down a little.
• Flip the tray over into a dish and take mysore pak out.
• Mysore pak is all ready.
