Solo Colorado Trip with the Pups // Camping // Rained Out // Change of Plans // Flexibility is Key

Adventure Vlog #27: Whilst the hubs was off in Nashville at a bachelor party, I decided to go on an adventure myself! I finally got Rubie Sue the Subaru back from the shop for this trip! (After it had been sitting there for a day or so due to the insurance company not wanting to pay the mechanic 🙄). The universe was testing my patience.... but thankfully it all worked out and I was only a day late meeting up with friends in the mountains of Colorado. That may have been a blessing in disguise because it ended up raining all weekend, and we left our campsite for drier conditions down the mountain anyway. But it ended up being a super fun trip and I am so glad I got to spend some time with family and friends, sharing old memories and making new ones! Like my best friend, Brandon said; "when you live in Colorado, you have to be flexible."

I didn't film as much as I wanted to because we didn't end up going on as many adventures as I had hoped to do. But like I said, this weekend ended up being perfect and just what I needed!
