I am sharing in video Russian Cold Summer Soup Okroshka Recipe modern restaurant version and use ingredients available in most places, so you can try in any part of the world. Traditional okroshka made with kvas and in most recipes include potato. In the recipe, I use chicken breast but we can use different meats as well, for example, boiled beef or lean pork.
