30 Minute Sivananda Hatha Flow sequence

This is a Sivananda flow sequence condensed into 30 minutes.

The traditional sequence is 1.5 hours and is very beneficial. I recommend doing the traditional one as much as  possible, though time can be an issue for some.

Usually, in each sequence, one practices
Pranayama (proper breathing) exercises in the beginning, and Savasana (corpse pose) at the end. Please ensure that  you get an adequate amount of time for both before and after the practice.

I created this video for my students who requested a video that they could practice at home with while not in class.
