Note:
1)Cut onion into very thin slices & separate out the slices.
2)Do not add water. The moisture from the onion will leave water itself when mixed with salt.
3) Fry bhajiya on medium flame to get the exact golden brown color. Bhajiyas, when cooked on high flame, will leave them half cooked inside & dark color on the skin.

Ingredients:
3 - Very finely chopped medium size onion
1 - Chopped big green chilly
1/4 th inch - ginger
few chopped coriander leaves
1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - Red chilly powder
1/4 tsp - Ajwain / Carom seeds
1/2 cup - Besan / Gram flour
1 tbsp - Rice flour
Salt
Cooking oil
