This stretching routine was a vital part of my chronic fatigue syndrome recovery process. When working out with chronic fatigue syndrome, stretching afterward (and again before bed) helped me to reduce pain, speed recovery time, and sleep better. I couldn't have gotten through my ME/CFS recovery without this!
