Nachos with Homemade Cheese Sauce and Pico De Gallo Recipe

In this video, I show how I make homemade nachos with a creamy cheese sauce and pico de gallo. You can make the cheese sauce gluten free and I've included the different measurements below with the recipe.
Pico De Gallo
6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2-1 whole jalapeno, chopped
Juice from 1/2 of a lime (If you have a small lime, you can add the juice from the whole lime)
2 cloves garlic, minced
pinch of cumin
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least a couple hours.
Nacho Cheese Sauce
4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 Tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
1/2-1 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Gluten free measurements:
4 1/2 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons gluten free flour
2 1/4 cups milk
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Melt butter. Whisk in flour until well combined. Pour in milk and stir continuously. Mixture will thicken. Add shredded cheese and salt. Stir continuously until cheese is melted.

I use about 1/4 cup per pound of ground beef.
