Soft and moist soufflé cheesecake that melts in your mouth

I made a very moist soufflé cheesecake.
It will be more moist and delicious if you eat it after refrigerating it after completion.

I made the baking temperature based on the oven I use.
Most are baked for 20 minutes at 160°C and 60 minutes at 110°C.
But it doesn't fit my oven.
The cake in my video is set at a higher temperature than other cakes.
You will need a temperature setting that matches your oven.

▷Soufflé Cheesecake Ingredients
- 120g cream cheese
- 100g milk
- 35g unsalted butter
- 25g cake flour
- 10g corn starch
- 3 eggs
- 50g sugar
- 4g lemon juice
