Giant Yorkshire puddings, popovers, yorkies
Giant Yorkshire puddings, popovers, yorkies or dripping puddings. Dead easy to make, taste great with beef, sausages, as a wrap, main course or just with onion gravy.
Ingredients
3 large eggs
375ml whole milk
210g flour
Pinch of salt
3 1/2 tbsp beef drippings
Method
Blend ingredients together and bake in a preheated oven at 210C for 25-30 minutes until golden brown - do NOT open the oven door to check on them until they're cooked otherwise you'll lose the rise.
