These slow cooked Beef Cheeks are braised in a beautiful red wine sauce
until they are so meltingly tender, The braising liquid in this Beef Cheeks recipe is
infused with incredible flavour and when pureed, transforms into a thick,
luscious gravy-like sauce Perfectly accompanied with creamy mashed potatoes,
this is a very easy dish that is suited to an elegant dinner

2 pkts Beef Cheeks (about 18 pieces)
2 lit  Red Wine
1 lit   Beef Stock
10-12  Cloves of Garlic
6-8    Sprigs of Fresh Rosemarry
50 ml  Olive Oil
1x     Bunch of Celery
2x     Pieces of White Onions
4 tbs  Black Pepper
100 g  Salt (to taste)

---Serve with Potatoe Puree,Vegetables, or Noodles ( Pasta) etc..)
