Ingredients:
plum (Aloo Bukhara | আলু বোখারার)
sliced ginger
salt
sugar
raisins
mustard seeds
ping of hing (asafoetida)
oil
I have made this Bengali Style Plum Chutney using ripe Plums (আলু বোখারা | आलू बुखारा), the plums are naturally sweet so you may not always need to add a lot of sugar. I have also added ginger to this plum chutney recipe, that gives afresh smell and taste.
