How it feels to go out when you’re very anxious

Unfortunately, I suffer from a lot of anxiety and I hardly ever go out. I’m making these videos to share my experience with other people with similar problems. Hopefully a few people will be able to relate to living with anxiety and no there is Hope at the end of the tunnel.
