This workout routine is also best for functional training where we can learn how to utilize our own body weight for a good workout and the best result.
Our body only needs progressive overload for any transformation that can be obtained by both weights or bodyweight if we do with proper technique and challenge

So feel free to try the given workout by following the instruction provided by the video since there is the exact routine of how I restarted my fitness journey 2 years back which is also shown in the thumbnail as well.
The habit of workout not just train your outer build but helps to build a strong mindset by making ourselves self-disciplined and obtain the result in every aspect.
