In my last video I went through 75 hard challenge which is a tough 75-day challenge created by Andy Frisella. It's meant to build mental toughness, but many people, including me, use it to get in shape and lose weight. Watch as I discuss my journey, the lessons learned, and my plans to try again.

And In this video, I share my experience of quitting the 75 Hard challenge after five failed attempts. It just  felt so bad I got disappointed with my self  how can I fail even with all my determination to it exhausted  me both physically and mentally while balancing my life and the challenge back in forth that I quit every thing  as a whole for last 6 month.

But I am not done yet.
