Hello, this is siZning.
Today, I baked a soft madeleine with Oreos.
Today, I baked it using a flexipan mold.
As in the video, you need to place the grill pan under the flexipan and bake it to get an even color.
(If you are using a regular mold, set the baking temperature to about 180℃ and bake for 13-15 minutes.)
Today's Oreo Madeleine is baked with crushed Oreo mixed with Madeleine dough in two flavors, Basic and Chocolate.

The finished madeleine is sealed
Leave at room temperature and consume within 3-4 days.
For long-term storage, please freezer. (about 2 weeks)

172g whole egg
140g sugar
20g starch syrup
1 g salt
5g vanilla extract
20g milk
160g cake flour
30g almond powder
7g baking powder
160 g melted unsalted butter
6g cake flour
40g Crushed Oreo Cookies
8g cocoa powder
40g Crushed Oreo Cookies
