배꼽이 봉긋하다고 잘 만든 마들렌은 아니지만 보기 더 좋더라고요
그래서 배꼽 잘 나오는 팁을 몇가지 넣어봤어요

📌 재료
달걀 43g
버터 43g
박력분 43g
설탕 43g
베이킹파우더 2g

Hello, It's Ming's baking.
Today, this is my first baking video with basic madeleine.

I heard that Korean is particularly obsessed with belly button.
Madeleine with belly button dosen't mean  well-made madeleine, but it looks better.
So I added a few tips on how to make your belly button come out well.

[6 basic madeleines]
📌 Ingredients
43g eggs
43g unsalted butter
43g cake flour
43g sugar
2g of baking powder


📌 Preparation process.
1. Put butter on the pan and store it in the refrigerator (before panning).
2. Sift flour and baking powder first.
3. Beat the eggs at room temperature, add sugar, and mix it slowly so that it doesn't foam too much.
4. Sift flour, baking powder, and mix it slowly.
Add melted butter at 5.40 to 50 degrees and mix it.
6. Wrap it up and store it in the fridge for more than an hour.
7. Preheat oven 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
8. Take out the oven pan and sprinkle strong flour. (Can be omitted depending on the coating)
9. Mix the batter to clean up the bubbles and dough.
10. About 80% of the fans are panning.
Bake in an oven at 11.180 degrees for 12 minutes.
12. Put the baked madeleine on the side of the pan and cool it down.
