Spanish Ham Croquettes | Creamy on the inside, crunchy on the outside
✏️Ingredients
A piece of Spanish ham bone
Whole milk 500ml
All-purpose flour 70g
Unsalted butter 70g
Pepper and nutmeg to taste
Spanish ham small cubes 100g
Breading and frying:
2 eggs
Spanish breadcrumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
*If you do not have a Spanish ham bone, you can omit it. In this case, you have to add a little salt.
*The filling can be changed to cod, chicken or other ingredients.
*If you do not have Spanish breadcrumbs, you can use panko, the Japanese breadcrumbs.
