In today's class we focus on the  legs, outer thighs, hips and butt in an all-standing flowing pilates sequence.  I call this style of strengthening workout Define Pilates - it will help to define and tone the muscle groups without bulking the thighs or legs.  I am using 1 lb ankle weights in this class and I have them doubled up in some sections to add extra resistance.  However as always you can totally do this workout without any equipment and if you are a beginner then definitely just use your own body weight while you develop your strength and technique.
