So many of you guys have requested more Lower Abs/Waist workouts so today we are doubling down on these most requested areas! This part of the abs can be vary hard to target and your form/technique is critical here.  Make sure you are not just going through the motions - you need to be really focussing on activating your lower ab muscles.  Concentrate on pulling your belly button toward your spine as you breathe out.  You should start to feel the muscles below your belly button really turning on and controlling your movement.  This is how you target your lower belly and help to tighten and flatten those muscles.
