This video tackles the crucial yet challenging topic of curing simulation for fiber-reinforced composites (FRC).  We'll explore how to leverage Abaqus software to optimize curing processes and achieve top-quality FRC products.

Optimizing the curing process can be a balancing act - ensuring quality while maintaining production efficiency.  This video showcases how numerical simulations in Abaqus can be a game-changer:
✅Predicting Temperature Profiles: Accurately model heat flow within the composite during curing, considering the heat released by chemical reactions.
✅Analyzing Stress & Strain: Identify potential stress and strain concentrations that can compromise the final product.
✅Optimizing Curing Cycles: Use simulation results to adjust temperature and pressure profiles for optimal curing.

To do this simulation correctly in the Abaqus, several subroutines are needed.
