Then restart your phone. 5. Now check if this fixes the issue. Clear the cache for the particular app 1. Now suppose if it is the phone app for which notification badge won’t go away then let us go to “Settings” again. 2. Scroll down and go to “Apps”. 3. Scroll down and go to “Phone” app. 4. Select “Storage”. 5. Now select “Clear cache”. 6. Go to “Clear data”. 7. Then again tap on “OK”. Clear cache files for samsung launcher 1. Now let’s go to “Settings”. 2.
