Protein Raspberry White Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal🩷🥣💫 Protein Packed!💫 WW Breakfast Prep- Weight Watchers - Weight Watchers Breakfast Recipe. Weight Watchers Points & Calories/Macros and additional nutritional information Included. #wwmealprep #weightwatchersrecipes #weightwatchersbreakfast If you join WW following this link, you will receive a FREE month! https://www.weightwatchers.com/us/checkout/iaf/?iaftoken=6d39ffe1-f Follow me on Pinterest! https://pin.it/4VwE9Ed Follow me on Instagram! https://www.instagram.com/alicia_lynn1019/?hl=en Ingredients: 2 cups Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats 2 scoops protein powder(optional) 1 1⁄2 tsp Baking powder 1⁄2 tsp salt 1 tsp Ground cinnamon 1/3 cup Lakanto Maple flavored syrup 2 cups Plain unsweetened almond milk 2 large Eggs 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 tsp Vanilla extract 6 oz (about 1 cup) raspberries (frozen or fresh) 2 oz Lily's White Chocolate Style Baking Chips cooking spray In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, baking powder and salt and cinnamon. In a large bowl, add in the remaining ingredients, minus the raspberries and Lily's chips, and mix until well combined. Pour dry ingredients into wet mixture and mix in. Fold in raspberries. Spray a 9X9 baking dish with cooking spray and pour in oatmeal. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 35-45 minutes or until oatmeal is slightly browned on top and set in the middle. Let cool about 10 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days. Microwave to reheat. Makes 6 servings. WW Points per serving - 3 PTs.
