500 gms baby potatoes
fresh methi/fenugreek leaves
1&1/2 cups besan/chickpea flour
2 tsp anardana/pomegranate seeds, ground
1.5 tsp sendha namak/rock salt
1tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 radish
green chutney/as needed
tamarind chutney/as needed
cold pressed peanut oil for frying
