Gudumba is a traditional Punjabi summer dish prepared with gud/jaggery & raw mangoes. Since we already have a gudumba recipe prepared using gur we are using dhagewali mishri/threaded crystallised sugar instead in this recipe.

500 grams raw green mangoes
500 ml water
300 grams ground dhagewali mishri/threaded crystallised sugar
1 tsp himalayan pink salt
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp deghi red chilli powder
