This time, I will show you how to make homemade somen soup. "The golden ratio is 10:1:1:1:0.5" It's delicious, simple and easy to make. This is an authentic additive-free somen soup recipe made from dashi stock. We will also introduce two modified somen soup recipes. It's very delicious, so please try making it.

[ingredients]
・20g Katsuobushi
・10g Konbu
・1L Water
・2 tbsp Soy sauce
・2 tbsp Mirin
・2 tbsp Cooking sake
・2tsp Sugar
・100g Soumen

・1/2 tbsp Vinegar
・1 tsp Olive oil
・2 tbsp Unadjusted soy milk
・2 tsp Grilled sesame seeds
・1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
