Speaking of which - I hope you are all doing ok during this challenging time 💜

In this video I'll show you how to convert some typical gym exercises into substitute exercises that you can perform at home 🏠
All you'll need is a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band ✅

These were the exercises shown with some possible alternatives:
GYM----------------- BAND ------------- DUMBBELLS
Squat------------ Front Squat ------- Goblet Squat
Deadlift-------- Romanians ------- Sumo Deadlift
Leg Press----- Spanish Squat --- Split Squats
GHR--------------- Leg Curls ---------- Romanians
Plus here's a BONUS Warm Up for the Lower Body:
A) Foam Roll Quads x 30-60sec ea
B) Foam Roll Glutes x 30-60sec ea
C) Hip Fire Hydrants x 10ea
D) Wide Step Mountain Climbers x 10ea
E) Bulgarian Split Squats x 10ea
F) Hip Aeroplanes x 10ea
