We made some thick pancakes that will remind you of your childhood. We use milk cartons to make these 6cm thick pancakes. It takes 30 minutes to cook, but they'll make you so happy when they're done. Please use a pan with a non-stick surface like Teflon with a lid.
*Recipe*（For three pieces） 1.Make a disposable mold made from parchment paper and a milk carton. 2.Follow the directions on the pancake mix to make the pancake batter. (We used 1 egg, 150ml of milk, and 200g pancake mix for this video.) 3.Put a non-stick pan on very low heat. 4.Place the prepared mold from step (1) on the heated pan (3). Don't oil the pan. 5.Pour the batter (2) into the mold. 6.Cover it and cook for 15 minutes. 7.After checking that the surface has dried, turn it over, and cook on the other side for 15 minutes. (If it has not dried yet, continue cooking, monitoring it until it is dry. This took 21 minutes for us.) 8.Finished. Please enjoy the pancakes looking back upon your childhood.
