Afghani Boti Written Recipe :

Ingredient’s:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Chopped black pepper 1 tbsp
Allspices powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Grease/Fat 250 grams
Onions  as needed
Cucumber as needed
Tomatoes as needed

Method:
Put all the spices on the chicken and keep it for half an hour. Now put the fat in the pan and add the chicken and cover it. When it melts, add butter to the grill pan. Now add the prepared chicken and then the vegetables on it.
