2 tsp Fresh Cream

1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves

1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Oil
200 gms Paneer (cubes)

How To Fry Paneer
1tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter

How To Make Gravy Paste For Paneer Kali Mirch  
1tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
2 Black Cardamom Pods
2 Green Cardamom Pods
2 Cloves
2 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Onions (chopped)
1/2 Cashew Nuts
2 cups Water
2 tsp Curd


How To Make Paneer Kali Mirch
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 cup Fresh Cream
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
