Do this 20 minute yoga workout to work up a sweat. This yoga class is in the style of power flow which is where we sync breath with movement and flow through each pose at a faster pace without long holds. I did mix in a few stretches as well to make a good balance for overall health and well-being. This particular yoga class has minimal cueing and is intended for those who are familiar with the foundations of yoga and are comfortable feeling their way through each pose and movement. You can do this power yoga flow any time of the day to feel your best.
