4-5 Green Cardamom
2-3 Star Anise
3 Onions
Salt
3 Tomatoes
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 cup Water
500 gms Chicken Mince
1 Potato (parboiled & diced)
1 Boiled Egg
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Curd
1 1/2 Tbsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1/4 cup Fried Onions
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Spring Onion Greens
Boiled Rice (as required)
Juice of 1 1/2 Lemon
