A bad or unusual smell is an indicator of something gone wrong. With respect to Agile, such smells provide early signals about problems related to Agile processes, practices and behaviors. This talk will cover some of the commonly found Agile smells, which teams need to watch out for. Recognizing these smells early will help the team to nip the problems in the bud in the early stages.
