Topics for this session include:

Quick refresher: How to access JAR? and Benefits from using JAR
Building a JAR view based on Projects and Boards as data sources (why using both sources?)

Techniques to clarify the scope for a release (using fix versions with a defined release date, tagging stories, tags, bugs and epics appropriately)

Sprint planning via JAR, leveraging row level information

View team load distribution using the assignee "Group by" function

Using the flag field in Jira and JAR

Empowering the team to identify and communicate risks from Jira & JAR (custom field Flag Summary)

Leveraging filters (using flag filter)

Defining dependencies within the team, outside of the team, limitations (leveraging custom issue type "dependencies"; for non-Jira teams)

Making sure that all Jira dependencies are present in JAR dependency table (admin rights needed), so that those issues are visible (expand on this detail)

Creating and managing important milestones with either the "Due Date"; field or Overloading the Fix Version field (example: FC milestone vs GA milestone)

Progress tracking and identifying and calling out risks against the Release or PI

Sharing JAR via Confluence using iFrames or JAR macro
