butter – 50 g = 3.5 tbsp.
flour – 380 (+/-) g = 3 (+/-) cups*
✅Layering for the dough (Streusel):
flour – 140 g = 7 tbsp.
sugar – 115 g = 5 (+/-) tbsp.
butter – 110 g = 0.5 pack + 0.5 tbsp.
✅For coating:
egg yolk – 18 g = 1 pc.
milk – 15 ml = 1 tbsp.
