This is how we make our salted Pilchard. I did forget to mention you can keep the bait in the fridge for as long as you want. You can also re-freeze the bait once it’s gone hard enough. Once you have finished salting the bait you can re use the salt. Just let it dry out and re add it to the rest of your left over salt. Hope you enjoyed watching this video.
