Crispy Golden Cassava (yuca, manioc) Fries.

In this recipe I'll show you how to make fresh cut fries using cassava which is also known as yuca or manioc in Central America. These yuca or cassava fries are quite delicious when they're golden brown and crispy on the outside. The inside is warm and creamy and a bit different than conventional potato fries.
