Best places in Europe for solo travelers on a budget 🇸🇰

In part 3 of this series it’s Slovakia’s turn to get some attention. Bratislava, the capital, is one of my favourite cities in Europe, but they do have more great cities!

I visited Trenčín in early june of this year, which made it relatively quiet. I imagine in july and august it’s going to be more crowded, but nothing compared to places like Rome or Amsterdam.

Trenčín is not very big, so in one full day you’ve seen everything. It’s perfect for a quick stop between Budapest and Prague for example.

Slovakia is very affordable too. Compared to western countries the cost of living in Slovakia are 40% lower.
And for that you get: beautiful and safe cities, endless amounts of castles, friendly people, and stunning nature!
