Nin’niku tori no oyakodon !

This week, we’ll show you how to make the gourmet donburi from Toriko: the garlic bird Oyakodon! Setsuno makes it for Toriko and Komatsu while they were waiting for the century soup to be ready.
To make this amazing dish, you’ll need to go on a bishokuya quest for a garlic bird, seaweed bugs, a 10 yolks egg and some paradise rice. Enjoy :)

Setsuno’s Garlic bird Oyakodon recipe from Toriko:
★ Ingredients : (for 1 serving)
-1bowl of cooked short graine rice
-100g chicken breast
-2 eggs
-1 garlic clove
-1 medium size onion
-salt
-250ml water
-1tsp sesame seeds powder
-1tsp sugar
-1tsp dashi powder
-1tbs soy sauce
-vegetable oil
-nori
Optional : sweet soy sauce, green onion
