Tajio and Sanji’s japanese curry recipe – from One Piece :
★ Ingredients :
Homemade curry:
-1tsp turmeric
-1/2cc de fenugreek
-1tsp ginger
-1/2tsp nutmeg
-1tsp hot pepper (or mild red pepper if you don’t like spicy food)
-2tsp paprika
-6tbs coriander seeds
-3tbs cumin seeds
-1tsp black peppercorns
-1 cinnamon stick
-1tsp fennel seeds
-2 star anise
-1 bay leaf
-10 cardamom pods
-1tsp mustard seeds (we didn’t have any)
-zest of 1 orange
Homemade garam masala :
-2tbs coriander seeds
-1tbs fennel seeds
-2tbs cumin seeds
-1tsp peppercorns
-6 cloves
-1 cinnamon stick
Curry roux:
-35g butter
-25g flour
-1tbs of homemade curry powder
-1tsp of homemade garam masala
Meat :
-350g beef
-1/2tsp black pepper
-1tsp grated ginger
-1tsp grated garlic
-1tsp turmeric
-80g greek yogurt
Other ingredients:
-1l lukewarm water
-2 beef stock cubes
-3 carrots
-2 potatoes
-3 tomatoes
-500g onions (4 medium size onions)
-1/2 fuji apple
-salt
-cooking oil
-cooked shortgrain rice
