This is a 48 minute workshop style yoga class sharing how to use yoga blocks in your practice. I love using props to create stability, depth, length, and experience your practice in a different way. If you don’t have yoga blocks you can use household objects like books, a stool, or a sturdy water bottle. I’m using cork blocks that are 4” x 6” x 9”.
