This is the second night of the Magic Tour and the first of three nights in Leiden. Being so early into the tour, Freddie sounds phenomenal tonight and the rest of the band holds up as well (aside from a few sticky finger moments from Brian). The dutch audience gives this show an unreal atmosphere, singing along every word and singing a football song multiple times between songs.

"Friends Will Be Friends" is performed for the first time ever tonight, with this and the following shows being the only full performances of the song, since it would be shortened for the rest of the tour. While "Friends Will Be Friends" is performed longer than usual, "We Will Rock You" is shorter than expected. For the first two shows, only the first verse of the song would be performed. After last night's setlist experimentation, "Bohemian Rhapsody" returns to its usual spot towards the end of the show.

This particular version a matrix of three different audience tapes, made by Ryan Newton, and its quality, combined with the great performances and atmosphere, makes this one a must listen for any Queen fan and one of my favourites of the tour.
