This is the fourth of five nights at the Budokan, a venue Queen had visited on every Japanese tour before, and by now, Freddie's voice really starts to weaken. While not sounding horrible, he's certainly weaker than the previous shows. Still, the band puts on a very energetic performance overall.

"Jailhouse Rock" is dropped for now, and "Rock It" is performed once again, again taking the place of "Need Your Loving Tonight". These two songs would be on rotation for the rest of the tour. "Teo Torriatte" is performed tonight for the first time in almost two years, as they didn't do it since their last Japanese Tour in 1979. Its placement tonight is very odd, with the band going straight into "We Will Rock You" afterwards, but this would be fixed for the following night, with "Teo" getting its own encore.

This recording is taped by Mr. Peach, who taped many Queen shows in Tokyo in the 70s, and all 5 Tokyo shows in 1981, although the following night would be the last time Mr. Peach taped Queen. The quality of the master is great, but unfortunately, as with all Mr. Peach tapes, the bootleg label added an ungodly amount of compression, degrading the sound quality quite a bit.
