4 tbsp yellow bean paste (黄豆酱)
2 tbsp sweet flour sauce (甜面酱)
⅔ cup (150ml) water
½ cup (70g) edamame, aka fresh soybeans
2 cup (120g) beansprouts
1 large cucumber
8 red radish
4 portions noodles, fresh or dried
