How To Make Kuku Sabzi

Used in both Iranian & Persian Culture, Armenians use it during Christmas & Easter served with fish and rice, Iranian is an all time favourate but especially served during Nowruz (Persian New Year)

2 Cups Coriander
1 Cup Dill
1 Cup Parsley
1 Cup Chives
6 Eggs
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric
