43 Minute All Standing, No Repeat Cardio Hiit - For me, this is the best way to do a cardio workout!  You don't know what's coming, your heart rate will get up there with the quick format, and the no repeat keeps us from getting bored! Brilliant! Plus, we are doing it all standing, so if you have wrist issues, this workout is for you. I will include the low impact modifications as well.
