This video outlines my current training routine as of October 2022. I train days per week - 3 running workouts and 5 strength training workouts.

Interval running
strict overhead press
push press
pull-ups
shoulder push-ups

[ Day 2: 02:30-03:54 ]
Deadlifts
lunges or split squats
ab rollouts

[ Day 3: 03:55-05:26 ]
light jog
banded push-ups
dips
reverse ring flies
ring curls

[ Day 4: 05:27-06:35 ]
Deadlifts
front squats
carries

[ Day 5: 06:36-07:47 ]
Track workout
shoulder pin press
weighted pull-ups
push-ups
